How Does Australia Post Pay Me?

Australia Post regularly transfers the total value of all payments received to the merchant on whose behalf they were collected. Australia Post's commission for providing the service and any agreed fees incurred in the provision of the service will be deducted prior to transfer. Payment is normally by direct credit to the merchant's bank account.

A full statement of payments, commission and fees is provided in the form of a detailed settlement report, which can be viewed online through the Pay it @POST web site.

Commission and fees charged for this service are subject to the Goods and Services Tax, and a tax invoice will be automatically provided to substantiate input tax credits where these are available.
