In fact, there are two web sites.

The evaluation web site, which can be used by merchants interested in the service to see how useful it would be to their business, and to test modifications to their e-Commerce systems.
The web pages displayed on this site all contain a prominent notice stating they are to be used for evaluation and testing purposes only.
